Initial Consultation

This appointment is a chance to discuss what is going on for you, and to learn more about how hypnotherapy and my approach could help support you in your life.

We will cover the neuroscience of how the mind works and start to build understanding and awareness around why you might be feeling as you do. It also gives us the chance to see whether we are the right fit to work together too.

This session is one of the most important parts of the process and gives you valuable knowledge, insight and focus as to what the next steps are. We discuss the tools and techniques that will be used throughout the process to give you the best overview of the process.

This session will last around 50 minutes.

Initial Consultation: £75

This session usually takes place online via video call (if this does not work for you, I will do my best to accomodate an in-person consultation).

1-to-1 Weekly Sessions

A hypnotherapy session typically lasts between 50 minutes and 1 hour. The first half of the session is psychotherapy and integrating therapeutic tools and techniques to support you. The second half of first few sessions is focused on hypnotic trance, and a combination of different NLP, visualisation and hypnosis techniques.

The number of sessions required varies from person to person, as the therapeutic process is unique to each individual.

In order to encourage consistent change and build accountability, I will usually allocate you a weekly time slot; however there is always some flexibility within this.
